Getting started
Who is Quote Fast for?
Quote Fast is for industrial suppliers (system integrators, custom equipment manufacturers, intralogistics providers, and similar companies) who spend days building technical proposals and quotes manually. If your quoting process involves pulling specs, calculating costs, and formatting a document for each RFQ, it fits.
How long does setup take?
About two weeks from the scoping call to go-live. The first call takes 30 minutes: we learn your current process, pricing logic, and document template. We build and test from there. You review one test run with real data before it goes live.
Do I need to prepare anything before the scoping call?
No preparation needed. Just show up and walk us through how you currently build a quote: what comes in, how you calculate the price, and what the finished document looks like. We ask the questions.
What tools does it work with?
Quote Fast works alongside the tools your team already uses. Intake can happen via email or a form. Output goes to Google Drive as PDF or Word. We can also connect to your CRM to create or update a quote record. We do not ask you to switch tools.
The product
Does it use my existing template and brand?
Yes. We configure Quote Fast to output documents in your current proposal template. Header, logo, font, section structure, cover page: it matches what you send to customers today.
Can it handle my pricing logic?
Yes, for structured pricing logic: fixed costs, configuration variables, multipliers, installation estimates, margin targets. We map your pricing rules during the scoping call and encode them into the system. If your pricing currently lives in a spreadsheet, we can replicate that logic.
What does the finished output look like?
A complete proposal document in your template, ready to send. Output formats are PDF and Word. The document is auto-saved to a Google Drive folder you control. The responsible engineer gets a notification when the draft is ready for their review.
Does it connect to my CRM or ERP?
CRM sync (creating or updating a quote record) is available as an add-on. ERP connection depends on your system and is scoped during setup. The base setup does not require a CRM or ERP connection.
What if I want to change something after it goes live?
Minor adjustments (updating a line item, changing a section, modifying pricing variables) are part of normal maintenance. Significant changes to scope (adding a new product line, rebuilding the intake form) are scoped separately. We tell you upfront what is included.
Security and data
Is my pricing data secure?
Your pricing rules live inside the automation we build for you, not on a shared platform. Credentials are stored securely and access is controlled. We do not store your business data on our servers.
Where does my data go?
Your data moves between the tools you already own: your intake form, your Google Drive, your CRM if connected. We do not have a central database where your quotes or pricing are stored. The automation is a pipeline between your own systems.

How is Quote Fast different from a generic CPQ tool?
Generic CPQ tools are built for a wide range of industries and require your team to configure and maintain them. Quote Fast is configured for you, around your specific pricing logic and document template, by a team that wrote these proposals by hand as System Sales Engineers. It works the way industrial quoting actually works.
What if the output is not right?
You review a test run with real data before Quote Fast goes live. If something does not match your process, we adjust it before launch. After go-live, if something is off, we fix it as part of maintenance.
Do you work with companies outside Spain?
Yes. We work with industrial suppliers across Europe and Latin America. The scoping call and support happen in English, Spanish, or German, whichever you prefer.
