Getting started
How does the process work from start to finish?
You pick a package and pay online. We schedule a kickoff call where we go through your process together, collect what we need, and set everything up. In 2β3 weeks, your automation is live. After that, we maintain it every month.
Do I need to know anything technical to work with you?
No. You don't need to understand automation, APIs, or code. In the kickoff call, we ask you simple questions about your process and handle everything technical ourselves. If you can explain how you currently do something, we can automate it.
What tools do you work with?
We work with the tools you already use β Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Slack, WhatsApp, most CRMs, and hundreds of other apps. We connect your existing tools β you don't need to switch anything.
What if I'm not sure which package I need?
Book a free 30-minute call. We'll listen to what's slowing your team down and tell you honestly whether one of our packages fits, whether you need a custom solution, or whether automation isn't the right answer for your situation.
Pricing & payment
Why is Month 1 more expensive than the following months?
Month 1 covers both the setup and your first month of service. We spend the first weeks building and configuring your automation β that's the work that happens once. From Month 2, you're paying only for maintenance and support, which is much less work. It's the same model as most software implementations β you pay for the build once, then a lower fee to keep it running.
Can I cancel after Month 1?
Yes, at any time. Your automation runs until the end of the billing period. After that, the service stops. There's no long-term contract β we keep clients because the service works, not because they're locked in.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Monthly maintenance includes monitoring that your automation keeps running correctly, applying updates when the apps it connects to change their behavior, fixing any issues that come up, and a monthly check-in if you want one. It's what makes the difference between an automation that works for a week and one that works for years.
Do you offer custom projects beyond the four packages?
Yes. If your process doesn't fit one of the standard packages, we offer an Automation Diagnostic β a 60-minute paid session where we map your process, identify what to automate, and give you a clear proposal. The cost of the Diagnostic is credited toward the project if you proceed. Contact us to start.
Technical questions
What happens if something breaks?
We monitor your automations continuously. If something stops working, we fix it as part of your monthly maintenance β no extra charge. For priority clients (those with the Priority SLA add-on), we respond within 4 hours. Standard response is within 24 hours.
Where does my data go? Is it secure?
Your data stays in your own tools. We build automations that move data between the apps you already use β we don't store your business data on our servers. Credentials are managed securely and never shared. We only access what's necessary to build and maintain your automation.
What if I want to change the automation after it's live?
Minor adjustments β like updating content, changing a message, or modifying a step β are included in monthly maintenance. Significant changes to the scope (adding a new integration, rebuilding a process) are scoped and priced separately. We'll always tell you upfront what's included and what isn't.
Do you offer automations in languages other than English?
Yes. We work in English, Spanish, and German. Multi-language automations (for example, a chatbot that responds in the customer's language) are available as an add-on.

How is Cifral different from a generic automation agency?
Most automation agencies are developers who learn your industry as they go. Cifral was founded by someone who spent 7+ years inside B2B operations β building complex proposals, coordinating across teams, and living the manual processes we now automate. We don't need to learn what a sales cycle or a technical proposal looks like. We already know, and that makes our solutions faster and more accurate.
What does the kickoff call involve? Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation needed. In the kickoff call (60 minutes), we walk through your current process step by step, review the tools you use, and collect access to what we need to build your automation. We guide the conversation β you just show up and describe what you do today.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We work iteratively β you review the automation before it goes live and we make adjustments until it matches what we agreed. If there's a genuine gap between what we promised and what we delivered, we fix it at no extra cost. We're a small team and our reputation depends on work that actually works.
