What is QuoteGen?
QuoteGen is Cifral's web app for quotations made of line items, quantities and catalogue or service prices. You describe the work, QuoteGen suggests structured line items, and you review them and produce a clean quote for your customer.
Is QuoteGen available now?
Not yet. It is in development. Joining the waitlist means you receive one email when it is ready. Pricing has not been announced.
Who is QuoteGen for?
Businesses whose quotes are mainly line items, quantities and repeat prices, and who create them again and again: for example contractors, service companies, installers and small suppliers. It does not need an engineering document or a long scope description.
Who is QuoteGen not for?
Companies whose proposals are long technical documents, structured in chapters, with a scope of supply that changes with every request and an engineer who reviews it. That work is handled by Cifral Custom, a tailored implementation.
Does the AI send quotes to my customers?
No. AI-assisted features offer suggestions that you review before they are used. QuoteGen does not send a quotation to your customer on its own.
What happens to my email address?
It is used to tell you when QuoteGen is ready. How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
